How to judge whether the pulsed bag filter is qualified?

1. The host machine has carried out quality inspection and no-load operation when leaving the factory, and its functions meet the factory requirements. However, in the process of disassembly and transportation, collision can occur and deform the equipment, which needs to be corrected in real time, otherwise the function of the equipment will be affected. When the wall of the box body is bent and deformed, air leakage shall be added after production; When the uncovering deformation of the pulsed bag filter, it will be opened after production, which will affect the operation and application.

2. Ash discharge installation is located at the lower box body of pulse bag filter. The reducer should be examined before the device is installed. If sand debris is found, it should be disassembled and cleaned. After assembly, it should be changed by hand. The screw inside the box body needs to clear up the sundry inside the box body before the operation, then twist the screw by hand, if the change is sensitive, frictionless sound is passed. If the spiral blade is found to rub against the box body, it should be disposed in real time. The movement baffle of ash discharge valve should change sensitively. The motor and reducer should be assembled so that the output shaft and the corresponding input shaft stick together to ensure the normal operation.

3. The assembled pulse valve of the pulse bag filter, the high-pressure air inlet is connected with the compressed air bag, and the valve cover. The vent is connected to the filter bag of the control valve, one end of which is blocked and one end is connected with the pulse valve. In order to ensure the result, check whether the blowout holes on the blowout pipe are on the unified axis before the device, and the interval of the blowout holes should be equal to the interval between their corresponding Venturi pipes, or they should be properly disposed.

You can judge whether the pulse bag filter is qualified according to the points listed above. A qualified filter can not only remove a large amount of dust, but also has high dust removal efficiency and strong purification effect.
